Type 501 - With integral micro refinery
The OSS Type 501 offers the following benefits:

Thanks to its self contained micro-refinery, the OSS Type 501 doesn’t need to be emptied and refilled. The unit incorporates a cleaning system in which used solvent passes through a distillation process that removes dirty residue. This can be drained off once a week and the 75 litre solvent reservoir simply topped up on a monthly basis.
Transfer Process:
- Dirty solvent from sink flushed into distillation chamber
- Clean pure solvent available for immediate use
Solvent cleaning process:
- Dirty solvent heated to vapour point in distillation chamber
- Solvent vaporised
- Oily/dirty residue separated for periodic removal
- Solvent vapour cooled back to liquid state in condenser
- 100% pure solvent returned to tank and available for reuse.
